Ramen Noodles by Sun Lee: Personal Work

According to the record of the new Yokohama Ramen Museum, ramen originated in China and made its way over to Japan in 1859. Most noodles are made from four basic ingredients: wheat flour, salt, water and kansui – and where kansui isn’t available – eggs are a good substitute. But enough of this Ramen history. This is what they look like up close and personal.
