McLaren 720s Spider – Trichromatic Film & Stills.

In conversation with Piggy Lines, ECD at Carnage Film, Simon convinced Piggy, who in turn convinced McLaren of the brilliance of his idea: to use Simon’s trichromatic technique to create a film and some stills for the McLaren 720s.

Simon shot the film on his Black Magic Ursa Mini Pro and Angenieux EZ-2 15-40 mm lens.

Simon shot the stills with a Phase One XF and a Phase One IQ 4 150 Achromatic black and white digital back. Shot in three passes: one in red, one in green and one in blue.
