A little bit of Cocktail History by Sun Lee

Espresso Martini:
The story goes the late Dick Bradsell invented this at Fred’s Club in the 80’s for a model who wanted something that would ‘wake her up and f*ck her up’ Originally called the Vodka Espresso, it has gone through an evolution of names from the Pharmaceutical Stimulant to the Espresso Martini as we know it today.

Lemon Drop:
When life gives you lemons, make lemon drops!

Old Fashioned:
The sweetest cherry for the perfect Old Fashioned. As a kid Sun’s dad had a massive jar of these at the restaurant he worked in. Sun always believed these delightful looking cherries packed in glass jars were fake and made of plastic. Little did he know…

Grenadine Fizz:
Loving the bright bold colours of this Grenadine Fizz.. Grenadine originates from the French word grenade, which means pomegranate, and is not at all related to the tropical archipelago of the Grenadines, but would 100% make sense if it was.

Garibaldi:
The iconic Garibaldi cocktail was named after Italy’s greatest national hero, Giuseppe Garibaldi, who helped unify Italy under one monarchy in 1860. The north, represented by Campari, is blended with fresh orange juice representing Sicily in the south, into a refreshing aperitif. See! Alcohol does bring people together!
