A stampede of Toyota Hilux’s by Atomic14

Inspired by the great migration of the Wildebeest across the Serengeti, Atomic14 were asked to create a stampede of Toyota Hilux’s designed to show off its raw power and energy creating an image which makes you look twice.

Atomic14 created a fully CGI environment with which they could populate with Hilux trucks.

Here are a few images from the world that they created. The landscape was digitally sculpted and then populated with CGI tree, rocks and grasses.

Atomic14 then developed a procedural technique which allowed the trucks to be populated across the surface fo the land so that each one had its own random movement and direction without colliding with each other.
